Wauconda Car Care is my go to spot for car repair! Joe is the best and always makes my day better.
Called Friday about my tire needing to be repaired. They were able to get me in first thing Sunday morning, unfortunately the damage was too large to repair so I had to replace 2 tires. They shopped around and got a great price on tires for me and had them delivered next day! I came in Monday and they installed my tires, put my spare tire back in the trunk and then cleaned and vacuumed the car! Overall great experience! First time going somewhere that is not the dealership! Will return for another car wash and car needs!
This place used to be good. I just had to remove probably over a quart of oil from my car because when my wife brought it home after having them change the oil I noticed it idling very rough. The whole motor was shaking because it was choking from too much oil. Now its making a terrible rattling sounds. Im sorry but I don't think we will be bringing our car back to them. Its a shame because they used too do great work.
Absolutely horrible. Never had a problem going here they always did a very good full service and cleaning my floor mats. However got in my car they did the most half asses job on the interior all the windows are still dirty half the car wasn’t wiped down inside the door not wiped and the floor mats weren’t cleaned. After tip $40 for a car wash and this is what you get.
