The staff at Wauconda Car care go above and beyond to make sure you're riding safely. They are always super friendly and explain all options for your repair. Jenn and Ryan are usually whos at the desk when we go in and it's always pleasant!
I usually just come here for oil changes and other minor things like that. But recently I needed new tires for my vehicle. After shopping around tirelessly for 3 weeks I came to the conclusion that not only did they have the best price around but they had the best availability also. I called them in the morning and told them I was ready to pull the trigger and purchased the tires and they had them there at the store within 3 hours and were able to get me in immediately to get the tires installed. Went there asked for a new battery said I didn’t need one. Then I get home car won’t start because I need a new battery. Now they told Me to tow it to them and they will get to it when they can
