The team were beyond amazing when my beautiful 15yr old Maggie needed to go to heaven. Having never lost a dog I was devestated & they were kind, compassionate, gentle, patient. I could not fault Tamara & all the beautiful nurses. They made the saddest experience a little bit softer

We've seen a few different vets and nurses there, all equally caring and lovely. Quick to book our animals in when we've had accidents. Just lately we saw Tamara for our maremma she was very nice and explained the situation well.
We have been seeing Michael and the Team for our dog Ollie for many years now. Their customer service, expertise, knowledge and care is the very best we have had. We trust them completely with the care of Ollie - they treat him as their own and they give us all the information we need to keep our boy happy and healthy. He was recently sick - we were worried, they took him in on top of their busy schedule and gave him the emergency surgery he required. They saved his life.
