Have taken my "senior" Subi to Russell twice this year ... each time I have been very pleasantly surprised to find Russell waiting for me (when I arrived exactly on time). He listened to my concerns, immediately investigated then reported a few minutes later what was needed ... on each occasion, I was even more pleasantly surprised that the rectification bill was very reasonable, way less than I was anticipating.
