By far the best shop I have ever dealt with. Brent himself is a very knowledgeable and is a very experienced individual. Not only did he immediately diagnose my problem he talked me through what caused it and had prevent it again. It's very rare that you find an honest mechanic that doesn't charge you an arm and a leg but also does amazing work. I will be using this shop and only this shop in the future! We had got a quote on a box truck from several companies that quoted over $10,000. Brent came to take a look at the truck. He had parts ordered that day, and the truck was fixed in less than a week for a fraction of the cost! He has also done a few other things on our box trucks as well, and every time the job is done right, quickly and always at the most reasonable price! I have had a great experience with Watts Truck & Trailer Repair, LLC. My truck had a coolant leak and was taken to multiple shops that mis diagnosed the issue Brent was able to locate the issue in reasonable timely manner. Brent was very professional with his customer service also with his mechanic skill. Also was given a detailed estimate. The final invoice was exactly as quoted for.
