They were nice and friendly. Unfortunately they were not able to help me out with my issue.
My son and I were stranded on the side of the road Friday, 6/13. Watts Service Center came to pick us up in the middle of the night, towed our car, and drove us to a local hotel. Unfortunately, the results were not in our favor but LeAnne couldn’t have been more accommodating. She was very helpful as we had to navigate our next steps. Highly recommend.
Great knowledgeable and experienced techs with long standing ties to the local community and repair work that is trustworthy and correct.
I was warned this place should be avoided if possible. They were correct. After the $550 quote for a battery replacement from Watts I had Mid Georgia tow my car and they repaired it for $200 less, and that included the tow charge.
This post is not related to services but I did go here for a job interview today and the owner was extremely respectful this place had a great atmosphere and everyone there was very welcoming as I entered although I’m not sure if I qualified for the position yet I still rate 5 stars due to what I experienced even if I don’t get the job I will definitely be taking my vehicle here for servicing this is a small town and this place is exactly the kinds of businesses we need in our area!!!
