Hiring Watts Pool Company was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. From the start, they were unorganized and unreliable. They constantly pushed back deadlines with excuse after excuse, and when they finally finished, the pool had multiple issues—poor construction, uneven tiling, and a filtration system that barely worked. I had an awful experience with Watts Pool Service. From start to finish, it was a disaster. The installation took way longer than promised, with constant delays and excuses. The workers rarely showed up on time, and when they did, they barely got anything done. Communication was terrible--I had to chase them down just to get an update on my own project. Absolutely the worst service I have received from a human being, the lady with the tattoo on her right arm that she self nominated herself as the new construction manager was absolutely rude and disrespectful
