I had an awful experience with Watts Pool Service. From start to finish, it was a disaster. The installation took way longer than promised, with constant delays and excuses. The workers rarely showed up on time, and when they did, they barely got anything done. Communication was terrible--I had to chase them down just to get an update on my own project.
