Rohan came to replace a ceiling. He was courteous and professional. He encountered couple of relatively minor problems - addition of an extra piece of timber in a part of the ceiling cavity with difficult access -but took this in his stride. End result-a job well done. will definitely use Watts Next again.

Mitchell provided us with valuable information on the cables burnt that were dangerous and provided us with a quote. He immediately completed a partial disconnection without hesitation, so the electrical box wouldn't catch fire.
