Unprofessional, ripp off and unrealistic quote. This guy will make the task look so complicated so he can charge tons amount of money from his clients!! Avoid this company!
Short Version: Without Prejudice: I rang for a quote for a TV outlet. I contacted & was told $165 call out, $145 for outlet (he was adamant on that) + $20 for 1 metre cable from TV to wall = $330. Never came out to see job for quote. He said he'd need access to the Aerial, I arranged with my neighbour as she is under it to go through her Unit. Nathan and his team are professional, courteous and fairly priced. We had new fans put in our bathrooms, new lights, new fire alarms and a fan/light combo in our bedroom installed and we are very happy with the result. Nathan is so polite and is constantly teaching his staff while working to meet his impeccable standard. They left our home neat and tidy after the job was done and kept us in the loop when a few parts were late to arrive. Highly recommended and I would certainly use them again.
