The customer service of this organization is by far the worst I have ever experienced the young lady behind the counter is rude offers excuses but no Solutions she is by far the rudest customer service person I have ever met in Tullahoma
When I first got my 10x10 Unit, it was $45 Under Farris. Then Watts took it over and Raised my Price to $60 a month. I was upset but took it with a Grain of salt because of it being a new owner. Now less then a Year Later I was just "Informed" i was being raised again to $75 a Month. This to me is High Way Robbery. Its a Self Store Storage Unit. There is no reason it should be This High! I have found Cheaper in Murfreesboro and Nashville! for bigger Space! People get these expecting none if any price changes to be small. To ... read more
