The maintenance is great at The Landing. Charles always helps out!
Living in a Watts property has been great! They are always prompt to help us with any maintenance issues. Recently our water heater went out and Andrew H. got the job done quickly and with a smile on his face! I loved how helpful he was and he even brought us a dehumidifier to dry things out.

Andrew was great quickly brought us a dehumidifier while our basement was flooding and made sure to put a notice in that our moldy dry wall needed to be replaced.
