Do NOT live here. This complex is a complete scam. Our deposit refund was mailed to the wrong address, and management has flat-out refused to take responsibility. I was told they wouldn’t void the check and issue a new one because it would “cost them money”—so instead, they chose to steal ours. I spoke with multiple employees who had zero knowledge or authority to help, and was finally dumped on someone named Isaiah who could only repeat that nothing could be done. Charles was great and very helpful And prompt with helping me. To be candid: i was initially frustrated by the lack of communication regarding Maintenence requests and then not being addressed properly, but Charles is the one who made up for it and came to discuss my concerns and addressed everything within 2 days. He’s great!!
Charles is great!! He really goes above and beyond to make sure all of my concerns regarding Maintenence are taken care of in a timely fashion. He is kind and very responsive. I appreciate all of his efforts to make my living experience pleasant.
Charles. Is the bomb. Period. We just moved in and had a plumbing issue and also needed vent piping on the dryer repaired. He made sure we were taken care of! Charles went above and beyond and we can’t thank him enough for his expertise and excellent communication. Thank you Charles!! Jarod at Watts has also been excellent to work with!
