My mother purchased a Kioti tractor from this "dealer". The tractor has had a few issues but the lack of customer service and communication from the people at Watts has made the problems exponentially worse. They WILL NOT communicate with us at all. It's been 4 months and we have only called them once a month and they always say "I'll find out and give you a call back to let you know" and they NEVER call back.
