I called for a part on an older tractor. They were super busy so the wait was pretty long, understandably. The parts lady looked. She tried really hard. The part is discontinued with no after market availability. Eventually we gave up. However, she called me back and had located the part. After we hung up, she continued without my asking. That is much appreciated and unexpected.
Great family owned business who always goes the extra miles to make sure that you are completely satisfied. Easy to communicate with and they never take advantage of anyone. I highly recommend them and will put my name behind them anytime.
