Do NOT do business with this company, in particular do not buy their "Premier Watts Reverse Osmosis System" that they sell. Our system failed just a few weeks before the 1 year warranty expired. Leaking under our sink and the automatic shutoff valve did not work. We reached out to them within the warranty time, provided them with photos taken by our plumber who works for a well-known local plumbing company and who originally installed this RO system. The backflow preventer on our home sprinkler system failed just after a few years of use. I called them for a replacement part thats causing the issue and they said i have to buy the whole repair kit from a plumber. $100+ for just some rubber part. Save yourself money and buy your backflow preventer from a different company
