My Doctor is always on time, polite, friendly, patient and listens to my worries and health concerns/needs. The reception staff are friendly and very helpful. My whole family attend here and we are all very happy with the service and support we get.
Dr Eva Jazwari is a professional, informed and thorough Doctor who listens carefully and communicates well. She is deeply interested in you as a person, making you feel comfortable and at ease. Dr Jazwari focuses on you holistically, providing options and pathways to better overall health. She explains everything clearly giving you the time you need. She is committed to providing high quality care. Dr Jazwari is warm and compassionate, with a lovely sense of humour. Most of the reception staff are friendly and accommodating.
I wouldn't recommend attending this medical practice at all. This practice is highly focused on revenue rather than actual patient care. You are treated as a number, not a patient. There are many better medical practices in Canberra and I would recommend trying them before coming here.
The doctors are good and reception staff are OK 👍 but the nurse named Xiaowen has pretty ordinary bedside manners and is unprofessional in her conduct. We booked a double appointment for a vaccination of our children but she appeared to be in a rush from the moment she called us in. She repeated our children's names 5 seconds later when she could not see us, almost assuming we were not there.
