We ordered 75 trees from them. They looked sick upon delivery, the tree balls were cut extremely small for 14 ft trees, they told us that is normal until they are replanted and they would come back. 18 of them died so far within 1 month and I was told they do not warranty and they will not do anything for us. I strongly recommend finding somewhere that stands behind their product instead of this company! PS the one star is only because you are forced to put something it would be a negative rating if possible
