Communication was horrible or mismanaged. Too many accountants cc'd on e-mails, documents lost within e-mails and last minute change to CPA working on our taxes. Never had this run around filing taxes in my life. I don't normally write reviews but I felt obligated given this experience.
Highly responsive, has a great workflow tool for real time status and tax summary puts it all together.
This team of tax experts were amazing working on my family's taxes and we would use them again. The experience, expertise, professional and adept ability to answer multiple questions regarding our taxes was great. I would recommend them again.
