I reached out because of an auto accident. Mr York called me & we talked for a long time. He was very kind. Genesis handled most of the details. She was very kind, respectful and knowledgeable. Also very patient with me. They ended up getting a generous settlement for me. Far beyond what I expected. I resisted getting an attorney at first because I was sure my insurance company would be fair & take care of me. But I'm glad I got help. It was way beyond my expertise.
