Update 12-21-23: I sent my motor in to be serviced and it came back with significant less power. The sport mode feels weak and under powered. It almost seems like they replaced the Archon X1 Inotrace controller with a stock Bafang controller. I am sending the motor back to Watt Wagons and expect them to resolve this. I purchased a Hydra in 2021. I received my Hydra 6 months later in 2022. I have 800 miles on it. I still have not received my programming cable that was supposed to come with the bike. Very pleased with the service! Gregg is incredibly helpful and good with communication! Would definitely recommend for any E bike assembly, purchase or repair!
