They are dishonest. Beware of fake promises. They collected my money but did not deliver the bike. They kept telling me the delays were due to supply chain issues. Finally they delivered the bike but without the Rohloff hub that I paid for. They told me they would coordinate installation of the Rohloff hub once the supply chain issue was resolved. However, they stopped responding to messages and never delivered the Rohloff. Really unfortunate because I love their bike designs. But they pretty much stole $1800 from me.

Update 12-21-23: I sent my motor in to be serviced and it came back with significant less power. The sport mode feels weak and under powered. It almost seems like they replaced the Archon X1 Inotrace controller with a stock Bafang controller. I am sending the motor back to Watt Wagons and expect them to resolve this. I purchased a Hydra in 2021. I received my Hydra 6 months later in 2022. I have 800 miles on it. I still have not received my programming cable that was supposed to come with the bike. I have broken two hubs, on... read more
