Pleasant, timely service and communication was great.
Brought 2 bikes in for seasonal tune-up. They get it done within a day and bikes worked fine. Guys were pleasant.
I bought a broken down, cheap ebike off of FB marketplace, looking for a fixer upper. I purchased a replacement battery and brought it to Watt Cycleworks to have them properly install it and replace the tire. Low and behold, the bike was junk. The guys over at Cycleworks surpassed the time frame they gave me by over 2 weeks trying to fix the thing and THEN took pity on my poor soul by not charging me labor on the lost cause.
