I had a great experience with Watsonville Optometry! The service from start to finish was excellent. The doctor was great, very professional, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. I also had a really good experience ordering my glasses. The young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable, kind, and made the whole process easy. My glasses were ordered and arrived even quicker than expected, which was a nice surprise. Excellent place for glasses. I've been here twice, they replaced my lens in the same frame. Very easy. Kind staff, never have had to wait very long, even as a walk in. Dr. Krupa and all the staff I've talked too have been absolutely fantastic as well
Dr. Taylor and her entire team are amazing! Brenda is incredibly knowledgeable about frames. Everyone from the reception and optometry tech are amazingly kind and welcoming! Recommend Watsonville Optometry 100%. Designer frame selection is incredibly huge and stylish. A must go to place for all your eye care need!
Absolutely great customer service, amazing and exceptional staff, and the service and timing of the eyeglasses coming in, absolutely outstanding.
