I don't know what happened but the whole practice has lost their touch. I was the first appnt of the day and dr was 15 min late. Then I needed to make an appointment for contacts and their only tech for it is out on mstenrity leave and no availability for 5 months. Not to mention the weird rules they have about trying on the glasses there. Better just going to LensCrafters where they actually treat you with respect. Just sad cause I had been going to this place since childhood.
Great customer service, Brenda there is super great! She makes sure that the glasses you get look great if not perfect for you and she has the best compliments!
