The team I worked with at Watsonville Ford, from the sales manager, sales consultant and finance department, that’s great all made the process a pleasure. This is the second vehicle I’ve bought from Watsonville Ford and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

The question is how many times does it take WATSONVILLE FORD to correctly repair a transmission ? Sound familiar. For me it was 2 times so far.......You would think with a master mechanic labor rate of $260 per hour they would be able to fix it correctly the first time right ? I took my 2020 Ford Transit van in to have the transmission rebuilt at 56,104 miles which was covered under the manufactures 60K warranty the problem occurred 4694 miles later when the transmission cooler failed and started leaking oil profusely just a... read more
