The dental assistants and Dentist are really helpful and explain thoroughly.
Dr Cross was an absolute angel! I was in horrible pain and they squeezed me in for an evaluation after closing time. Upon seeing the level of pain I was in, he stayed 2 hours after closing to do an emergency root canal for me. The procedure went great and I was pain free by the end of the day. I am extremely grateful to be so well taken care of.
I cannot say enough great things about Watsonville Endodontics! I came in with the worst tooth pain and needed a retreat root canal, and Dr. Randolph Cross and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. I’ve always had a huge fear of needles especially the palatal injection but to my surprise, Dr. Cross made the entire process completely painless.
