Professional staff and great work!
Had a root canal at Watsonville Endodontics yesterday. Everything went smoothly. Office staff very pleasant and efficient. Dr Cross is amazing. His professionalism made me feel relaxed knowing I was in good care. No pain afterwards? but am being good and following written directions given me post proceedure. Highly recommend.
This office does not has a set schedule. They can take you randomly at the time they feel like they have available. Upon arrival your wait time can go up to an hour. The service can be shorten due other patients waiting in line. During my procedure on December 31st 2024, the doctor was actively talking to his “ on training assistant” putting end of the year bonuses explaining it while stopping and letting saliva build, no proper suction and the whole procedure took 2.50 minutes.
