I went to WCH for severe kidney stone pain, and their CT scan showed the stone was blocking my urethra — a dangerous, life-threatening situation. They only gave me pain meds and sent me home. The next day my pain got worse, and at Dominican Hospital they were shocked WCH discharged me. Dominican treated me with compassion and performed surgery right away. I don’t recommend WCH to anyone!

Un enfermero llamado Ricardo es güero , robusto , en la sala de emergencias en la tarde , el 12 de octubre muy arrogante y grosero solo porque me arrime a preguntar si faltaba mucho para los resultados y pedí un vaso de agua y me dijo que no podía dármelo que me fuera a cuarto con mi hijo q estaba enfermo de neumonia y la verdad me hizo sentir muy mal porque hablo con voz muy fuerte molesto

I was in and out of the ER within 2 hours. Nurses & Staff were friendly and very straight to the point. I wish I remembered the name of the PA that helped me, she was so sweet and very welcoming. The ultrasound tech & nurse Michael that helped charged me out were both very awesome. Thank you.
