This is the worst hospital experience of my entire life. I despise this team and I hope that they all get fired. The only person that knows anything is the admin team. Thank God for them. The charge nurse is an exceptional nurse however she has no clue how to manage her team well. I was literally attacked by one of her nurses who had the audacity to approach me violently. He needs to be fired immediately.

This was my son’s first visit to this particular ER and we had a quick and painless experience. The doctors and nurses seemed to be doing their best to get to all of the patients and triage patients needs. There were many patients in the waiting room and it was a tad bit busy and noisy (as one would expect) but overall the experience was not as horrible as it could have been. Overcrowding in the waiting area, no specimen bag or private way to deposit your urine sample- (must walk through the hallways, through the overcrowded waiting room and try to figure out where it goes) no dignity at all until you finally get back through the doors. Triage is very overwhelmed and forgetful. We got screamed at by some employee who told us to get out of the area we were in (we were following our provider who was taking us for labs).
