I drove over 2 and half hours via a one-way rental, which I have never done before to purchase a car. I worked with sales associate Sam, who was a pleasure and he had a lot knowledge about the car I was getting (Cadillac Lyriq) and could tell he enjoyed his job. I'm comparing to the Cadillac dealer in Walnut Creek. They were nice, but didn't seem to enjoy what they were doing. Although I ultimately purchased a different GMC Hummer EV closer to home, I wanted to recognize Natalie Castillo for the outstanding service she provided throughout my search.
