I have ordered a total of three plaques (different times/orders) from Tom. Every experience I had with Tom was great and beyond what I expected. Tom has great communication throughout the process, and is very transparent showing you your design through the process to ensure accuracy. The quality of his work is great; all three plaques I ordered were very study and the quality of all the small detail is amazing. Working with Tom was a delight. He was quick to respond. Was thoughtful about working with me to get a design that met our vision. And did great work. Notice the fine detail in the logo. I won't hesitate to use his services again.
Tom was amazing to work with, He made the process so easy. I simpły showed him a few images of what I had in mind and he nailed the entire concept, even things that I never mentioned, perfectly. I highly recommend him!
I was looking for someone to help us with a new sign for our housing development. The existing one is about 35 years old and has long outlived its life expectancy. I found Watson Wooden Words website and was very impressed with the samples on his page. Tom was very easy to work with. Quality and customer service are clearly his priority. Tom was outstanding in his focus on quality and eye for detail. I sent him what i was thinking and he turned ideas into a beautiful piece of artwork. He completed the project ahead of schedule and kept me apprised of its status throughout. I could not be more satisfied. Outstanding job.
