My 28x36in hand painted pub sign exceeded expectations. The process started with sharing an image with Tom and agreeing on the correct scaled size. During the process, Tom was able to adjust the text position at the bottom, with suggesting a different format, which I went with. Once the image was set, he machined the pub sign, and then hand painted it with an opportunity during the process to make changes, which I didn’t. Tom’s hand painting of this large sign turned out perfect! Thank you Tom!

What an amazing piece of art! We are thrilled with the final product from Watson’s Wooden Words; it exceeded our expectations. Tom corresponded with us throughout the process to make sure he would deliver just what we wanted. We can’t wait for our home to be built at Hilton Head Margaritaville so we can proudly christen our home with this beautiful personalized sign!

Tom at Watson’s Wooden Words created a stunning custom sign for our A Plus Lodge property near Lake Yamanaka in Japan. From the very first message, he was responsive, patient, and genuinely excited about the project. We went through several design rounds together (including switching to two swans, adjusting the logo placement, and finalizing the “A PLUS LODGE” lettering), and Tom handled every change with care and professionalism. This is our 2nd sign we have had Tom make for us. He is SO EASY to work with and we get pictures every step of the way to make sure it's to our liking. We HIGHLY recommend Tom for wood signs.

I have ordered a total of three plaques (different times/orders) from Tom. Every experience I had with Tom was great and beyond what I expected. Tom has great communication throughout the process, and is very transparent showing you your design through the process to ensure accuracy. The quality of his work is great; all three plaques I ordered were very study and the quality of all the small detail is amazing.
