I have ordered a total of three plaques (different times/orders) from Tom. Every experience I had with Tom was great and beyond what I expected. Tom has great communication throughout the process, and is very transparent showing you your design through the process to ensure accuracy. The quality of his work is great; all three plaques I ordered were very study and the quality of all the small detail is amazing. This was my second dealing with Tom and a special gift for two exceptional people for their home. Tom's creative talent, dedication to meet my requested details, and commitment to excellence shined through once again. I was more than delighted with the swift accomplishment of this creation and the recipients were gob smacked with surprise and pleasure at the beauty of this sign.  Tom's enthusiasm along with my own made the entire experience a lot of fun!!!

I asked Tom to carve a humorous coat of arms for my family, and I gave him a drawing to work from. It required some changes that he made, no problem. He was super easy to work with and transparent about everything in the process. He worked quickly and sent me a final product that exceeded my expectations. I'd gladly work with him again.

Working with Tom at Watson’s Wooden Words was an amazing experience! This was my first time ordering a custom sign, and Tom made the entire process seamless.
