I had a bad experience at this shop. It was yesterday 25/11/2025 at about 12.20 pm. The Orita shower gel was not properly stacked at this store. When I took one bottle, the other two fell on the floor and the pumps were damaged. It was not my fault. I didn't touch any of the bottles when they fell down. It was due to the stacking which had been done very poorly by the staff. When I wanted to pay at the cashier, one of the staffs came to me with the very rude tone saying, "Hah ni siapa nak bayar ni?
