Went to this watson 9.30pm today, 1 of ur Indian staff was very very rude. My sister went to do a payment but not succeed and the third payment was successful after using TnG. After 2-3 minutes she received a message said that the 2nd payment was been paid already so she went to cashier to be consulted and the Indian staff wearing black shirts was rudely said and yelling at my sister repeatedly “Resit tak keluar kan” , luckily the staff attended her at first help her to explain further about the revert transaction. Went to Watson today to purchase eye wash solution and it was under a promotion of estimated RM 26, but the cashier (staff named Kirtana) quoted me RM 27 upon scanning the barcode of the product. When I asked politely to check on the variance, she was making a fuss and told her colleague that I am being calculative of RM 1 (she spoke in Tamil thinking that I was not able to understand-but I understood being a chindian-unfortunately for her).
