Normally, I shop at The Spring's Watsons with zero issues—honestly, I don’t even mind when the staff get a little chatty at the counter. But earlier around 1pm (12/11/25), I went to use the kiosk since I only had one item, and surprise… someone’s lunch bento was left right there. I would like to file a complaint regarding Watsons Lot G38, G39 & G39A, Ground Floor, The Spring Shopping Mall, Q5B, 93300 Kuching, Sarawak. The incident happened yesterday. I was in a rush after making my payment. I did not directly hit the Ensure Gold tin, but my bag accidentally brushed against it, causing the tin to fall and spill a small amount of powder. I’m quite frustrated with the current use of tape to seal the lipstick as it not only leaves stubborn sticky marks that are difficult to remove but also significantly reduces the aesthetic value of the packaging. Try to consider alternative methods of securing the product, ones that won’t create unnecessary hassle for consumers or compromise the presentation of the item
