Terrible. Staff doesn't know what products they have. Enquired for a brand and the staff just said,"cari sana lah. Kalau tak ada, tak ada lah sini." Isn't it the staff job to serve and guide customer? Watson, perhaps QAQC your staff attitude a bit.
