I am a loyal customer of Watson. Tpi hari ni pergi Watson tiba2 kena monitor dengan sorang akak ni, tk tau la guard ke apa. Aku masuk je dia terus mengekor, staring setiap benda aku buat. Nk tgk make up pun tk senang. 😒😒 Apa guna ada detector tu kalau nk monitor orang mcm tu. Pergi Watson mall lain yg besar2 barang lagi mahal pun tk penah kena monitor mcm tu. Ke sebab pakai baju biasa nmpk mcm miskin so kena chop bakal pencuri ke apa 😢 terus naik guardian atas. Lagi tenang 😒

workers are unprofessional and lazy. i had to wait at the cashier while THREE workers are at the side doing god knows what. They kept looking my way but still didn’t want to do their job. If you’re doing to work, do your job.. hello?????? weirdos

Very bad attitude for the senior customer advisor Miss Fasha on the date 30th December 2025 She return the balance & I found one notes got a black ink mark I say can u change another piece for me ? She replied: this one cannot change Me: it’s ok … then I wait till another customer makes cash payment , so the cash drawer can be opened It’s ridiculous! End up she ask a colleague to open the cashier drawer to make a change of notes for me .

Shout out to the staff member, Nurul, who assisted me in transferring my membership card to a new one. I originally purchased the card at the Watsons Subang Perdana outlet, but they did not transfer my details to the new card. I wanted to use my points before the end of the year, but the card appeared under a different name instead of mine. Nurul was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. Semua okay tapi ada satu masa saya beli brg ada pekerja situ pandang saya atas bawah, ntah la asal, mungkin sebab makeup saya tebal, tpi bila saya keluar je saya pandang belakang pekerja tu mcm bisik bisik pasal saya dengan pekerja lain. Masa saya beli pon cara dia ckp tu mcm kasar.
