All staffs keep talking and laughing kuat no service customers well. Bad exp at this watson branch!
Negative one star!!!!! My brother lost RM130 in the shop, and when we asked the staff to check the CCTV, they refused to show us and were laughing inside the room. When they finally came out, they only gave advice instead of helping. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service.
