I lost my wallet in waston surtera store, a promotor pickup and passed to counter. The cashier ask me whether I lost my wallet. They also verified my identity. I returned my wallet. I'm very grateful for their honesty for all the staff working this afternoon.
The price tag clearly stated that was RM51, and the promotion is until the end of July. However when I checked out, the price became RM65. I asked the staff why, she only told me it's because they haven't changed the price tag yet. I visited after 4PM, how come that half the day has passed and the tags still weren’t changed? I can't help but think this is an attempt to mislead customers. Also why is there only one staff in the entire store? How is one person supposed to work efficiently and provide proper service? I am working nearby, just bought 2 items. Usually Watson will ask for member number but this shop cashier ' looks sombong'. Then I ask, she said bagi no. I give 3 numbers also cannot then I wanted to give fourth number, she said actually we only can try 'once' only. Then I ask you aldy try 3 times why can, now another one cannot?
