I visited Watsons Nusa Bestari recently and had a great experience. Hana provided excellent service, she was friendly, attentive, and very helpful in recommending the right products for me. Really appreciate her professionalism and patience. Will definitely come back again!
Very poor customer service. I asked for help finding a foundation shade, but the Malay lady staff didn’t even look at my face properly and showed no interest in helping. During cashier also did the same if you have problem assisting customer better don’t work or if you wanna show racism just keep it with yourself be professional. Felt ignored and uncomfortable. Definitely not the service I expected
