The checkout staff have no manners or professionalism, and they seem to have a superior attitude towards others. When you select items for checkout, they refuse to do so, and two or three staff members stand at the counter staring at the customers, chatting and laughing, as if they have nothing better to do. I can't understand why one employee should complete the checkout, while a group of others stand there as if they were negotiating a major project. It's very uncomfortable.
