the customer service was quite disappointing especially from the person who appeared to be the supervisor i think so . they did not seem friendly or welcoming and there was no smile or effort to interact properly with customers. they were also talking to their friends during working hours which came across as unprofessional. i hope the upper management can look into this and improve the overall customer service :)
