I’m really disappointed with the cashier’s attitude. The response given felt very irresponsible and unhelpful, as if the issue didn’t matter at all. I genuinely wanted to purchase the item at the displayed price, but no proper explanation or solution was provided. Please take this matter seriously and improve your staff training and system management. This kind of experience is very frustrating for customers.
