Very disappointed of the service from the female cashier at Watsons today around 5pm. Im confused about the watson member club, so i went to ask the cashier. There got two option one is email and one is member card number, but i forgot to bring my member card so i want to ask how can i make it. Then the cashier told me to use email la. If i really know how to use email then why should i bother them anymore? I didn’t catch her name. Other Watsons staff are good, but this kind of attitude ruins the whole experience.🙂🙂
