Service: Absolutely the worst Watson store. It’s clear they need to invest more in customer service training. I stood at the counter for an unnecessarily long time, and they didn’t even have the decency to apologize. Their expressions were arrogant, and their attitude was dreadful. The store itself is a mess and poorly managed. Suggestion: Avoid this store at all costs.
Watson stuff / brand insufficient cash, clients cannot spend money/cash. Can go nearby Wellness.
I went to the store on 11th Nov and want to buy the buy 1 free 1 lotion, end up with the Cashier said that lotion is pwp item, no buy 1 free 1, and ask me to buy for higher price item.

The sales clerks in plaza tasek jb were very impolite and it make me have a very bad shopping experience in there !! 1)She standing behind me and always watching at me when I am shopping It make me felt uncomfortable 2) I saw and test a item which was already open by someone.There have some item which was wasn’t open so I don’t touch and test this.After that, some sales clerks come and tell me this all were not sample.Then,they took this item which was used by me away!!I felt that I have not received a good service from them... read more
