Since you asked; my experience was hortible. they attempted to charge us via invoice for a total of 10hrs ; 5 hrs each for 2 workers. note: total time at my home was 1.5hrs one day(total charged 6hrs) and less than 30mins of installation on days 2. (total charged 4hrs). they also attempted to install a new heater priced @ $250approx above local retail price with a 3 month warrentee; 9 months less than other retailers. strangely, we had never ever discussed purchasing anything from them. I was on the phone with Watson's after they were unable to provide an estimate over a week after their visit and their "professional" said, "Well, I find that customers often fudge facts. Alternative facts. You know, like Kellyanne Conway?" His response to my taking deep offense was to laugh and say he was "just bringing it home." Who speaks to a potential customer like that? If you don't care about integrity and you're looking for a rude plumber Watson's is the place for you.
