The worst outlet I’ve ever visited. Why? I come a few times to the branch. The first time I went there with my mom, they didn’t even greeted or offered us basket. But the customer after us? They were greeted and given basket. So i think staff has favor? Perhaps they just think some people wearing shirt and slippers won’t buy anything? Its my go to place now to buy supplemented milk in bulk for my senior mom as well as for personal use. I must said the staff & senior staff are very helpful & will even help carry your big heavy load to the car if you are parked near. I think judging from bad reviews I have read about in the past, they have certainly improve a lot. This was my 4th visit & so far all staff greets customers well & check out is prompt as well. Their customer service is excellent! 🌟 I’ve been a regular customer since 2023 and they’ve never disappointed. I once witnessed a situation where a customer was unhappy, but they always started by saying “sorry” first. In the end, they suggested or provided a solution to that customer and I saw the customer was satisfied too.
