Ihad a very bad experience at this Watsons branch. Some of the products given out as free gift were damage, and the overall service was extremely disappointing. More concerning was the attitude of the staff. Their behaviour was unprofessional and showed a lack of proper training and work ethics. It seemed as if they were not educated on how to treat customers respectfully. Management should seriously review the staff training and service standards at this branch. I love this outlet. The staffs are all helpful. Everything from getting your stock to answering questions. Suggesting shades for my foundation. Counter is also helpful directing me to their staffs. I have gone here few times and will keep going.
