3/5 Stars OK, but not up to the usual standard of other branches.I am personally a huge fan of this brand and shop here frequently, but this specific branch is disappointing compared to others.Overcrowded layout: The store is packed, making it very difficult to move between the aisles.Poor shopping experience: The cramped space means it is not a place where people can comfortably browse or enjoy shopping.It is fine for a quick, necessary pickup, but I prefer visiting other locations for a better experience.

when i asked the staff about which product is the best for my skin they tell me to search on tiktok, whats the point for u to work there and not knowing how the product works? if u guys want a worker at least find the ones that knows about skin and cosmetics and this situation not onces but i had experienced it more than onces so watson please improve your staff’s skills
