Very bad service, I recently want to claim my birthday gift but the staff firstly asked me to purchase RM150 then will give me a RM20 voucher, I declined it, then they offer me a shampoo but I have to pay RM5, I reject and asked the staff do you know what is the meaning of birthday gift? They still force me to pay RM5 and said I am not elite member but I have checked one week before I went to the store for claim, another staff told me I am elite member.
