We purchased a Bull Frog Spa from Watson's Clarksville on 9/30/23. The invoice we left with was $7257.97. Today (almost 6 weeks later) they notified us, and they made a mistake on the invoice, it now is $8678.40. That's over an $1500 increase......we were like What the........!! So, we waited 6 weeks to be told our invoice was not right. I would not recommend them, we are contacting the BBB as well. Pool prices are less than other places because they sell in volume and can keep the prices down. We were 100% miss-led on the installation on the pool. Then had a discussion with the pool salesman who basically lied to us twice and his answer well it was in the contract. Wonder if he read all the documents when he bought a house or took the closers word for what was in the documents. Don't even get me started on the BS with the install guy who was/is MIA today and has nothing be excuses. So, now to rearrange my schedule... read more
