Cashier Perempuan nama Naj....kat kaunter 14/11/25 (Jumaat), masa : 3.10 pm Faham cashier explain suruh beli barang kat belakang. Customer tak nak beli. Tak boleh paksa. Terus buat muka. Kita siap senyum ya cakap "Tak Nak" tu. Haihhh main buat muka yaaaa kat customer. Memang pantang la ak orang buat muka acah kekwat ni. Tolong la Watson pantau staf yang jaga bahagian kaunter pembayaran. Kita beli yaa..bukan ambil barang free. Masa kat kaunter tu kita sorang ,bukan ramai..

Hello, I’d like to share my experience at your store. There were many customers waiting, and although a staff member(Black dress)called for someone to open the cashier, no one responded immediately. The cashier was only opened when it was my turn, which caused unnecessary delay.
