Came here after leaving the basement outlet due to an extremely rude staff. Service here is excellent from everyone. When I asked the staff Danny where a product was he immediately walked over to the correct aisle to show me the exact location of the product. He spoke in a very kind and polite manner as well. Counter staff, Siti, was very helpful and friendly too. Glad this outlet Watsons have good customer rapport unlike the basement one.
Bad customers service, dint prepare enough change and demand for customer to pay with small noted. Worst cashier that i encounter for so long.
Charged me wrong price and ask me to re-Queue to do refund. Ridiculous customer service!
