On Sept 29th, 2025, I shopped at Watson Metrocity and encountered service that falls dramatically below acceptable standards. The cashier handled my items with unnecessary force, refused even the most basic courtesies, and projected a lazy, indifferent attitude that signaled complete disregard for customers. Paid more than the price mentioned at shelf, when confronting the staff, he checked and simply walked away without any apology from the staff. Poor customer service. Please improve
