As a “Senior” Sales Assistant, you are supposed to know HOW to serve your customers in the right way, not running away and hide without providing a solution. The title is there but that’s it, a TITLE, there’s no use of you being a senior staff if you don’t know how to solve customers solution. Will never comeback as the service is super super bad, if I’m able to give 0 starts, I would.
i accidentally left my bottle at the cashier, in spent of 6 days ive called manager twice to confirm but no answer they said to wait , when i come to the watson to ask for my bottle they said it was already thrown out 😂i have called TWICEE. poor management
Hijjah. Try to blame your customers for poorly stacked glass products in a dangerous place in the middle of the aisle instead of properly stacking them on a shelf. You made a tower of glass bottles in the middle of the aisle who does that? Then when customers inadvertently run into them your poorly trained employee blames them for damage. Unprofessional and criminal! You will be responsible for injury and liability one day due to your negligence and carelessness.
I’ve experienced consistently poor service from Nor Aisyah, yet I still genuinely appreciate having the store available it has made my monthly errands much more convenient since I live within the neighborhood I sincerely hope Watsons HQ will consider providing additional training to staff on customer service. Even minimal communication delivered with courtesy can make a significant difference.
