I had a very unpleasant experience at Watsons today. I was attended by an Indian cashier who showed a very rude attitude when I handed her a larger bill due to not having smaller change. Instead of responding politely, she snatched the money from my hand roughly and acted as if I was a burden. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and very disappointing, especially from a well-known brand like Watsons.
