I have a very good customer service experience here. Staff named Sheka or Shika or Shila ( not so sure is accurate or not) has provided a high standard level of services like explaining the bonus points how to redeem, remind to redeem and give the empathy to customers when payment system has some issue. I like that. Please keep on this kind of enthusiasm and attitude.
