Today, 18 March 2026, I did a lot of shopping in Lotus's and went to Watsons to get more items. My trolley was filled with heavy items and I was having a hard time pushing it to the car park. Two of Watsons staff (ladies) saw me and helped me pushed the trolley all the way to my car. They were so friendly and kind to have helped me. I forgot to ask their names when I thanked them. Just want to thank them again, I appreciate their help so much. It's so rare to find helpful people these days.
I had a very pleasant shopping experience at Watsons Lotus’s Alma, Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang. I would like to specially compliment Miss Adilah for her excellent service.
