I've waited for the cashier (Syira, Assistant Store Manager) to scan my product for quite a while since the one manning the counter I'm queuing is helping her colleague who's having trouble. I'm fine with that, but once the problem solved, can you at least serve the customer first before handling all the receipts or at least say sorry instead of avoiding eye contact? One time i purchased an item on sale for Rm27.90 but the cashier accidentally charged it for Rm97 that is the price before the discount. Come the shop to resolve but apparently there is nothing they can do they say. Second, i want to exchange item but refused because the “kotak dah kemik” sikit even that was how i bought it. Explained but they refused. Very bad customer service la

05/03/25 hritu saya ada pergi..saya ada letak brg di kaunter skjp sambil² lihat brg dibelakang yg berkenan nak tambah lagi..tapi diperli oleh staff dikaunter ya..pdhal customer hanya beberapa org shj,itupun bukan dikaunter...sangat kurang ajar perli perli customer..harap supervisor boleh briefing pekerja setiap hari atau buang shj pekerja2 yg tiada adab sebegini..saya dtg waktu anda bekerja jadi layan seperti customer biasa..walaupun puasa anda tetap wajib menjaga adab..tak senyum takpe la kita paham puasa..tpi perli² cust t... read more
